The Office of Michael Justin Dowling, Architect, is an Annapolis, Maryland, based, full service architectural practice interested in the design and redesign of commercial and residential projects that reflect the requirements of the client and user, and respect the context of the architecture. The office has gained experience and developed skills through work on projects at all scales, from the design of a welcoming family home and sensitive residential additions and the renovation of a single shopfront for a small store owner, to the development of design strategies and implementation processes for downtown and neighborhood areas.
Particular areas of experience and expertise include: residential, institutional, and commercial design, renovation and adaptive reuse, site planning, historic preservation, commercial revitalization and urban design.
The Studio is located in downtown Annapolis, off Church Circle.
